How soon can I receive my purchase?

We offer guaranteed same day pick up on request 7 days a week, deliveries are between 1-5 working days depending on your delivery selection

 

What are your returns policy?

We operate a complete customer led policy, just get in touch, once we've had a discussion we will offer a full refund usually on the same day.

 

What are your safety procedures?

We have sanitisers, protective equipment and regular temperature checks onsite, if you are picking up we request you wear a mask and inform us before you arrive.

 

Can I place an order even when you are closed?

Yes, we pick up all orders remotely and will process according to your request.

 

What about allergens?

All our products have ingredients listed, if you are unsure get in touch and we will be happy to go over this with you.

 

The product I require is out of stock?

We prepare and package most items onsite, occasionally we run out of stock, if this happens we delist the item on our website until we replenish, this is usually between 1-2 working days, you can always check in with us and we will give you a definite answer.

For orders of £25 or below our delivery charge is £3.For orders above £25, delivery is free.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
